The Annual Parker 5k Run at the Lake

We got up this morning and had our 5k run. This year we had Jodi, Pops, Wyatt and Soren on the trail, too. It was a hot run, we did not get started very early, but yea us, we did it. Good times.

After our run we headed to the water to recover with some swimming and fishing. It is a good day.
