Colorado, Day 4 Christmas Day 2008!

Have some pictures! This is going to be a picture story of our Christmas in Keystone. I had to narrow this down from 769 pictures, which was hard to do; Pops got some awesome shots!

We stayed on the mountain Christmas Eve. Soren and Reese coughed their heads off all night and Soren battled a fever, but we woke to find that Santa found us. After a quick opening of the presents, we suited up and headed out to the slopes with the rest of the family.

Colorado, Day 3 - Christmas Eve 2008

This morning the guys went and played some snowy disk golf while the kids did crafts and played.

We went ahead and let the cousins exchange their gifts because we all have different plans on the mountain for the rest of today and tomorrow.

Then we headed west for some more fun in Keystone!

first stop is the Keystone Village Ice Rink. This was my family's first time to ice skate on a frozen pond. It is covered with fresh snow so they carve out areas for us to skate on and leave large areas of snow where the kids can play.

Tonight we are staying on the mountain for a full day of skiing on Christmas. One of our traditions is to let the girls open one gift on Christmas Eve (it is always new pajamas). We are settling in for the night, excited for another full day tomorrow!
