Colorado, Day 3 - Christmas Eve 2008

This morning the guys went and played some snowy disk golf while the kids did crafts and played.

We went ahead and let the cousins exchange their gifts because we all have different plans on the mountain for the rest of today and tomorrow.

reese opens her present from ashton...a weekend at the Guerry house with a trip to the water park!

wyatt and his new air soft gun

Then we headed west for some more fun in Keystone!
first stop is the Keystone Village Ice Rink. This was my family's first time to ice skate on a frozen pond. It is covered with fresh snow so they carve out areas for us to skate on and leave large areas of snow where the kids can play.

Tonight we are staying on the mountain for a full day of skiing on Christmas. One of our traditions is to let the girls open one gift on Christmas Eve (it is always new pajamas). We are settling in for the night, excited for another full day tomorrow!
poor soren has a fever tonight, but she does not let that dampen her Christmas spirit!

the first gift of Christmas!
