Reese update

I have been overwhelmed by well wishes and concerns for Reese today. It is so amazing to have the kind of love and support that we have. Thank you so much to all of you for caring.

Today Reese stayed with Nana for a few hours while I went to work. When her fever is down, she perks up and will talk and eat, but when the medicine starts to wear off she looks very tired, eyes are blood shot and she just sleeps. She mumbles about things (like sand on the TV?) and moans. She woke up once this evening and pointed at her runny nose and said "now this calls for a tissue!" At least she still has her sense of humor.

So anyway, she is pretty sick and will have to miss Aunt Jodi's baby shower tomorrow :( But Nana said not to worry, she will save us some cake!
