Great Friends and Great Fellowship

Last night we had the privilege of spending time with our good friends, Sam and Ann Gonzalez. We met at Abilene Mission Church while we were at ACU and have stayed friends through the years. They have been missionaries in Morelia, Mexico for the past 3 years and so now we only see them when they are here on furlough. They are the kind of friends that you just fall right back in with, as if you had not been apart. Even our kids acted like they play together all of the time. It was a short and sweet visit; we cherish their friendship and every precious moment that we get to see them.

And with that, the girls and I are off to Galveston with the cousins. Pete will have to fend for himself for a few days. I am sure his bike and running shoes will get quite the workout.
